Can I use your theme on

No, our themes do not work with WordPress.COM but self-hosted WordPress.ORG. You need to have a domain name and hosting account first. Please check this getting started guide.

Can I install your theme on multiple sites or domains?

Yes, you are free to use our themes on as many websites as you like, including personal and client sites.

Can I translate your theme?

Yes, our themes include default .po and .mo files. These are the files that you can use to easily translate a theme.

Does the purchase include the theme Photoshop file?

Yes, the purchase includes a layered PSD file of the home page for every theme.

Do you have dummy content from the demo site?

Yes, the dummy content is included in your purchase.


How do I purchase your theme?

You can purchase our theme via Creative Market. Please sign up for a Creative Market account first. Payment can be made via Credit Card or Paypal. You can download the product file immediately.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of the digital product, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing our theme. If you are experiencing any difficulty with the theme, we are more than happy to provide support and resolve the problem.


How do I update my theme?

You can obtain the newer version by logging into your Creative Market account, navigating to your Purchases page, and then clicking Download next to the specific product. Be sure to set email notification in your Creative Market account to be notified via email when we update a theme.

How do I get support?

Support is provided via email, please submit your questions using this contact form. We generally reply within 24 hours, however please be aware of the time difference (UTC +8). We do not provide phone or live support at this time.

What kind of support do you provide?

We provide support if there is a setup issue, theme bug or if the theme is not working as advertised/demo site. However, we don’t provide support for customization or plugin.

Do you provide documentation and tutorials?

Do you have an affiliate program?

We personally don’t have an affiliate program. However, as we sell our themes via Creative Market, you can join their affiliate program and earn 10% of every purchase for an entire year.
