Terms of Services
By ordering services from SimplyWP, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Services.
Payments:
We accept payment via Paypal only at this time.
Deposit:
We require a 30% non-refundable deposit before starting your project. The remainder of your balance will be due upon project completion (before we send the theme – zip file to you or before installation). All other services (header design/banner design/others) must be paid for in full before starting the project.
Refunds:
We DO NOT issue refunds due the intangible nature of the products. There are no exceptions.
Revisions:
We allow 3 major alterations during the mock-up process. Major alterations include dramatic changes to the design; such as a completely new layout, new graphics, new features or functionality. Minor tweaks and revisions are accepted throughout the design process.
Waiting list:
While we strive to quickly complete orders, we do not guarantee a time frame to complete your order. All time frames given are estimates only and are subject to change. Orders are put in queue according to when payment is made.
Images and illustrations usage:
We are not responsible for the images placed on your new design. If you provide an image for us, please let us know the source so that proper credit may be given. If you direct us to find an image for you, we will get your image from one of a number of royalty-free stock photography/illustration websites. Royalty free means it is not an exclusive image, and you understand that it is very likely that someone else using another designer may have the exact same image on their blog or website. All images are provided and/or approved by you, the client, and therefore all risk of liability is presupposed by you.
Design usage:
All designs by simplyWP are exclusively created for use by the clients who commissioned us and may not be used by anyone else. You are NOT allowed to republish or sell your design to anyone.
Portfolio purpose:
We retain the right to display a thumbnail of your completed blog design and other design elements as our portfolio.
Link back:
You agree to place simplyWP button or text link at your blog or website for the duration of your use of the design. Removal of this button or link is a violation of your agreement with us.
