Here is a sophisticated custom theme that we created for Between Us Girls, a personal blog to writer and Public Relations Coordinator – Sachkia Barnes, using color scheme of tangerine and Tiffany Blue. We created a character illustration to represents her.

We also created 2 different header design for homepage / blog post and other pages (about, contact, portfolio, bookshelf).

Custom made blog design for Dementia Queen

Here is a custom theme that we created for The Dementia Queen, a newly blog of a therapist with over twenty years of experience working with people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families.

It’s an antique shabby design style with picture-frames. The picture of senior couple slowly fading from color to sepia to represent fading memory of dementia patient. We also created a logo from the site name’s initial – DQ.

Here is a soft pastel custom blog design that we created for Dot In A Box, a food and life blog of a young lady from Singapore. She made the switch from Blogger (read: Blogspot) to self-hosted WordPress.

Custom made theme for Bacon Seed

Here is a three columns custom blog design that we have created for Melanie from Bacon Seed, a personal blog about gardening with children.

We are using brown and green, the nature’s color, to portray the gardening topic. Header design shows illustration of Melanie along with her twin girls, Sophia loves to water veggies while Gracia loves to hunt for lady bugs and other worms, and their cats.

Here is a custom header design that we created for Mediocre Mum, a personal blog of a Mum whom does the best of her and the life. The blonde woman illustration holding a red wine represents her well. Orange and red is her color preference.

I’m over the moon with the result and the service was excellent the whole way through.

I emailed them with the colours I liked, current fonts I was using and a vague idea of what I was hoping for. Kathie, from SimplyWP, sent me off to istockphotos to choose some images that I would like to use. She said it would take 2-3 days for the first draft. By the end of the 2nd day I had the first draft and it only needed a few minor changes.

She also offered to upload it free of charge. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the host information. However, she did send me a good set of instructions so I could upload it myself.
