Update on Entrecard credit transfer
It’s been more than a week since our Blogoversary contest ended. We have contacted Entrecard to do the credit transfer from sponsors account to winners account. However, I saw no progress after a week hence I contacted Rose and here’s her reply:
I submitted them the same day you sent this. The person who does the transfers seems to be a bit overwhelmed with all of his responsibilities…and I don’t have the permissions to do them. I will check with him and let you know.
Luckily Entrecard came out with a new policy:
For a limited time, we have lifted transfer limits to 25,000 credits per week that you may transfer.
Oh my.. why don’t they tell it earlier? Anyway, I have contacted sponsors and asked them to arrange the EC credit transfer with the winners. I have also sent the EC credits myself (5000, 5000 and 3000 EC credits from my other blogs).
I hope I covered the things that I should cover in the email. For winners, if you haven’t get your prizes yet, you can contact the sponsors directly from their blog.

I have to say I am totally impressed with how well you’ve handled this. This was a HUGE contest involving a lot of work and a lot of emails but SimplyWP and all of the contest sponsors have been so quick and so cooperative.

I agree with April, you have done a great job handling this, and I can tell you that as of right now it looks like all of the EC have been transferred and all the prizes have been posted.
I am a bit confused okay we can send 25,000EC per week now. I have started collect ec from sponsors. So if my amount exceed 25,000EC a week? What should I do?
about the email from Rose said that no need to take EC from sponsor and let them to send winner themselves. I am stuck in middle.
my contest is going to start tomorrow, can you tell me how you check if the blog is 3 months old? I know is to see archieve, what if there is no archieve in blog? please advice.
